What is Reiki and energy work??

 

I utilize several different types of energy in my healing practices, including Reiki which is grounding earth Energy, As well as integrated energy therapy which is more ascension and angelic realm energy.

 

Basically everything is energy… And clearing out and maximizing the flow of energy through your physical being and your energetic centers, or chakras, helps you heal in mind, body and spirit.

I am Christian and I have been told by some people that Reiki is not compatible with my religious beliefs?

 

There are some people that still consider energy work to be outside of the realm of God and Christian beliefs. I can assure you that this energy work is of the highest good. I set my intentions daily to only work with energy, guides and protectors of love and light. I was raised Catholic, and still invoke Jesus and Mary, archangel Michael and others in many of my healing sessions. It does not conflict with any religious or spiritual beliefs.

What are chakras?

 

We have seven primary energy centers in our body called chakras… They start at the tailbone and work their way up to the top of the head, and they each have a different corresponding color, vibration and purpose. (See photo )

Can energy work be done virtually or remotely?

 

Absolutely yes!! I prefer to FaceTime or zoom during the experience so we can talk and see each other and then proceed through the treatment session.

 

How does it work if we are not in the same room together?

 

Think television and radio waves… Energy is everywhere and travels any distance without difficulty. As long as the intention is set and we are connected during the session, you will still receive all of the benefits if you cannot come in person.

What should I expect when I get to your office?

 

I am grateful to be able to work out of our small, modest Cape in our New Hampshire town and neighborhood, and you will be greeted enthusiastically by our two fur balls, Romeo and Buster! It’s casual, comfortable, and my office has such an amazing healing energy and vibe..Surrounded by crystals, lights, oils and Palo Santo or Sage at the end of each session for clearing, Just being in the room promotes relaxation and well-being!

When is payment due?

 

You can pay at the time of service using PayPal, Venmo, check, credit card or cash. I do offer a 10% cash discount.

What is your cancellation policy?

 

I charge a $50 fee for cancellations of less than 24 hours unless it is a dire emergency ie: hospitalization. If you’re not feeling well, I suggest that you cancel before the 24 hour deadline and reschedule for when you’re feeling better to avoid the late fee.

What can I expect to feel after working together?

 

Most people report that they feel “ lighter” and more relaxed after energy work. It is not however, uncommon to have some detoxification symptoms for a day or two after an energy session including things like fatigue, stomach grumbles, headache etc. since your body has released blockages. This is normal and should resolve within a day or two, and if not reach out to me and we can make some energetic adjustments remotely.
