All you need is someone who can listen objectively, help you process and to hold the space for your internal reflection. Holistic Wellness Coaching offers: objective, judgement free listening, processing and problem solving, and helps you find solutions and strategies to make those tough lifestyle changes and move forward into the light. Together we'll incorporate the healing power of herbal medicine, acupressure, essential oils, breathwork, nutrition, and other techniques to lead you back to full health and JOY. Sliding scale is available as needed so please ask!
